3rd Annual Dan McCornack Memorial Tournament

This will be the 3rd annual "Dan McCornack Memorial Golf Tournament" and will be at Chalk Mountain Golf Course in Atascadero. Check-in will begin at 7:30am, with the tee-time at 8:30am sharp. The cost is $100.00 per person and includes green fees, golf cart, tee prizes & a BBQ that will be served right after the tournament. Non-golfer's are encouraged to come out for the BBQ for $10.00 a person. There will also be a raffle and the prizes will be given away at the BBQ. The last 2 years we have donated all the proceeds to Hospice of the North County, but we haven't decided yet if that will be the same for this year, but all profits will go to a non-profit organization and be one that we feel Danny would support. (We were able to donate around $6,000.00 each year.) There will be a deadline for signing up and paying but don't know yet when. We encourage those that want to play to register early and pay to ensure their spot. The tournament has been very successful and last year we had 82 golfers and the max. is 120, so we are anticipating it will fill up quickly. We need the name of the golfer, phone #, email address and t-shirt size of the golfer and $100.00 check should be made out to "Dan McCornack Memorial Golf Tournament" and sent to P. O.
